Under the ADA, health care providers must provide effective communication for patients, family members, and visitors who are Deaf or hard of hearing using auxiliary aids and services.
To select captions, click the gear icon for video settings. Then, click on “Subtitles/CC.” Right now, captions are available in English, Vietnamese, and simplified Chinese.
