I agree with with admindvu. I’ll just add, however, that your mother cannot be paid for services as an Independent Facilitator if you are a minor. Parents of those under eighteen years old may not be paid to be independent facilitator.

Yes. You select your own independent facilitator. Whoever you select will have to receive training in self-determination and person-centered planning.
