Variance between DDS approved Burden Rate 18.90% and actual rate charged 22.75

Hello, we have been in the SDP program for 2 years. We just discovered that DDS approved Employer burden rate is 18.90% but the FMS has been charging us 22.75%. Anyone else experiencing this issue? Thank you
