Danny is a nonspeaking autistic man who lived for 34 years without communication. In his “new life” with communication, he has become a published writer, disability justice advocate, presenter and educator, podcast co-host, and ocean enthusiast. He is driven to make the world a better place for other nonspeakers and disabled people through advocacy and outreach to diverse audiences. Danny’s advocacy work includes his “Danny With Words” social media accounts and the All Our Brave Hearts podcast on interdependence. He has presented at schools, workshops, conferences, and on other podcasts.
