German is a young adult living with Autism Spectrum Disorder in a Mexican-American household. German is passionate about technology as both a video game enthusiast and small business operator focusing on electronics repair. German believes there is a need for advocacy in hiring processes, both educating employers on how to work with people with autism and providing appropriate accommodations, and working to help people with disabilities to navigate the hiring process. German wants to better explain autism to the general public, and advocates for making resources available in Spanish to share with the Latinx community.
